Alex and Bj Mosher opened their jewelry store in Alex Bay in June of 1977. Since then their ever growing and evolving studio has become a ‘Must See’ stop when touring the 1000 Islands region. Mr. Mosher, a silversmith, goldsmith and jeweler specializes in renderings of St. Lawrence River landmarks and nautical designs. Hand wrought bridal designs are also available by custom order. Throughout their career, the couple has traveled extensively and has chosen an eclectic collection of rare and unique jewelry treasures. Included in their extensive display is fine estate jewelry, vintage native American ‘pawn’ turquoise pieces, a wide collections of high grade Larimar and Baltic Amber jewelry, not to mention spiritual jewelry and crystals. They offer over 600 styles of sterling earrings and charms, and most every style of sterling chain made. The display is rounded out with most every semi-precious stone and any color of fresh water pearl imaginable, and you have a destination you should not miss!
